As promised this morning on Twitter @shapeyourbody see below my 30 Minute Chest Training below.

Incline Bench Press

  • 1 set x 15 reps
  • 3 set x 10 reps
  • 1 set x 8 reps

Dumbbell Decline Fly

  • 4 x 10

Dumbbell Pullover (on apparatus)

  • 4 x 12

Lever Bench Press

  • 4 x 10

That was a nice quick and easy routine from the world strongest man
