30 minute shoulder workout

Today I trained my favorite body part: shoulders

Here is the training routine from today:

Standing Barbell Behind Neck Press
12 x 20kg, 10 x 40kg, 8 x 60kg, 5 x 65kg, 12 x 40kg

Barbell Upright Row
12 x 30kg, 10 x 40kg, 8 x 50kg, 6 x 60kg

Dumbbell Lying Rear Delt Raise (kind of)
10 x 8kg, 10 x 7kg, 10 x 6kg

Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise
12 x 14kg, 10 x 15 kg, 8 x 10kg

I have added 3 sets for the triceps

Cable Pushdown (Heavy)
10 x 55kg, 10 x 60kg, 10 x 65kg

And ended the training with Cable Kneeling Crunches

3 x 30 x 45kg

In between the sets I do stretching and try to keep the pulse at around 80bpm.
