Ivor Jones-Born in Johannesburg, head chef Ivor Jones manages the day to day operations of ever award winning The Test Kitchen.
Ivor collaborates with chef Luke Dale-Roberts and their team on menu development and working hard at maintaining a high standard of cooking. Jones has been working with Luke since 2007 at La Colombe which is where Ivor started his career. Ivor’s philosophy is about how food makes you feel and how it brings people together for an experience.
