The Apprentice menu offers delicacies such as grilled line fish and chicken schnitzel rounded off with a mouthwatering pecan pie.
The Pleaser is an interactive menu where guests get to cook their own lamb burgers, tenderized steak or chicken breasts filled with garlic lemon marmalade. The menu ends on a sweet note with chocolate brownies and berry compote.
The Workaholic, meanwhile, includes a build-your-salad station, with mains being a beef lasagna, Cape Malay chicken curry or battered fish with tartare sauce. For dessert guests can look forward to traditional malva pudding or chocolate mousse. Filter coffee and tea will be served as part of every package.
