No message from me yesterday.
It was a usual day, with a 40 minute cardio training in the morning. Was sticking to the meals, but skipped dinner, as I was not hungry at all.
Today was a heavy leg training day and it looked like this:
6.00h Glass of water
7.00h legs training, (Thighs and Calves)
- 2 x 15 Lever Leg Extensions
- 2 x 10, 4 x 4 Barbell Full Squat
- 4 x 12 Cable Standing Leg Curl
- 3 x 15 Lever 45° Calf Press
- 3 x 20 Weighted Hanging Leg-Hip Raise
- 2 x 20 Crunches
14.00h protein shake
And tonite is our corporate xmas party. So I need to eat whatever will fit in the plan and stick to only 2 beers.
