Day 2 – 40 minute chest training

Today I did a chest and biceps training. Here the routine.

Incline Smith Bench Press

4 sets, increasing weights, 8-12 reps

Cable Standing Fly

Dumbbell Pullover

Lever Chest Press

4 sets, increasing weights, 8-12 reps

Afterwards some biceps excerises.

Food: As usual every 3 hours from 6 pm to 9am, no carbs after 7 am, lots of whey protein
