Fitness or Bodybuilding

Today I found a nice video of Frank Zane. Frank is a three time Mr Olympia (The Mr. Olympia title is the highest title you can reach as a professional bodybuilder. In other words the Mr. O is the best bodybuilder of the year.)

Frank Zane won this competition in the 1970s and he must be in his 60s now. He is still working out and in a good shape. Of course nowadays he is not training as back then, but listen what he has to say, because hearing it from someone who has about 40 years of training experience, should give some evidence how important the right training technique is for you.

The idea of lowering the weight slowly and stretching between sets is very good and you should give it a try.

And it something that does not only apply for bodybuilders. Cheers.
