Fleur du Cap’s salt aficionado, Chef Craig Cormack, who has just returned from wowing the Netherlands and Sweden with his singular wine and salt dinners, will be showcasing his unique pairings at the Night Market. Be sure to try out his intriguing concept and expert pairings of local and international salts that meld seamlessly with the elegant Fleur du Cap wines.
The Fleur du Cap philosophy of regional excellence enables the Fleur du Cap winemaking team to source the best grapes from distinctive vineyards sites that best express varietal character and sense of place in their wines. The same care and attention has gone into the wine and salt pairings where handmade morsels blend perfectly with these naturally crafted wines.
