Cycling in South Tyrol

A beautiful, scenic cycle tour along the Adige, which is approx. 90% flat or downhill to Trento (Trient). From here, the route climbs a few metres over the Giovanni Pass and then descends again to Lake Garda.

This Long distance mountain bike route, which is physically and technically challenging, first leads us from Mittenwald through the Karwendel, the Zillertal and over the Pfitscherjoch. Then it goes over the Dolomites to Riva del Garda.

This tour, which is particularly demanding in terms of fitness, takes us from Vinschgau through the spectacular Uinaschlucht gorge into the Lower Engadin and back over the Pass da Costainas. Fantastic panoramic views ranging from the Sesvenna group to the Silvretta and the distant Ötztal Alps, and exciting, partly technically difficult, partly enjoyable trails reward us for the long, sweaty climbs.

Between the picturesque Lake Reschen and the traditional spa town of Meran, the first stage of the Adige Cycle Route takes us through the varied landscape of the upper and lower Vinschgau Valley. Along the way, historic castles and palaces as well as pretty villages such as Glorenza/Glurns, which is still completely surrounded by the town walls, tempt you to linger.

One of the top tours in the Alps with an unforgettable panorama. At an altitude of almost 3000 m, you are on a par with the Ortler glacier and can hardly get enough of the magnificent views. You won't find a comparable trial descent with over 2000 metres of altitude again so quickly.

A very scenic mountain bike tour through the Sarntal Alps. However, the demands are high, as not only do you have to tackle steep climbs, but there are also some carrying and pushing sections that make the whole tour a little more difficult. You will only meet a few bikers on this tour and share many sections only with hikers. One highlight is certainly the view down to Lake Durnholz with the village of the same name, Durnholz.

In addition to the charming landscape of the picturesque high valley, the second stage of the Pustertal Valley cycle route also offers some cultural highlights such as the archaeological museum in St. Lorenzen or the historic Mühlbacher Klause at the western end of the Pustertal Valley. The route profile is characterised by constant ups and downs, even though we follow the course of the Rienz almost continuously.

Vom Ausgangspunkt im 'Hochpustertal (Radverleih Dolomiti Slowbike) befahren Sie den Radweg am Fluss Rienz entlang bis nach Bruneck oder Brixen.

The circumnavigation of the Latemar group impresses with its stunning panorama. Steep climbs and even steeper descents, however, require excellent physical condition and equally good riding technique.
