Two well-known and popular long-distance hiking trails start in Brilon: the Rothaarsteig, which leads in lively ups and downs through one of the most beautiful forest mountain landscapes in Germany, and the - significantly shorter but no less exciting - Briloner Kammweg. On both paths you can reach the Bruchhauser Stones, one of the most striking rock formations in the Sauerland.

Less spectacular but no less important is the water that flows from the countless springs on the forest slopes around Olsberg. Water is also the characteristic element that can be experienced on the Kneipp hiking trail Olsberg - water, hiking, feeling good.
