If you are looking for peace and variety, you will find it here. An experienced hiker will need one and a half to two months for the grandiose trekking route.

The trail begins in Hendaye on the French Atlantic coast. From Hendaye, the GR10 crosses the Pyrenees lengthways from west to east, always running fairly close to the French-Spanish border line. The trail ends in the very beautiful Banyuls-sur-Mer on the French Mediterranean coast, about 10 km north of the border with Spain.
