This guest house is a historic building that dates back to the 1936 Winter Olympics. The Olympiahaus is located right next to the ski jumps in the Bavarian winter sports resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The spacious rooms at the Olympiahaus Garmisch-Partenkirchen are brightly decorated and feature wooden furniture. All rooms have a TV and a private bathroom, some have a balcony with a view of the ski jumps. A rich breakfast buffet is served every morning in the country-style restaurant or on the terrace. Look forward to Bavarian cuisine and Bavarian beer. The Olympiahaus is an ideal starting point for hikes and winter sports in the Bavarian Alps. The Geisbichl toboggan run and the Olympic ski stadium can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Parking is free on site at the Olympiahaus, just an hour's drive from Munich. Kainzenbad Train Station is 50 meters away.

Die Sonnenterrasse der Berggaststätte bietet bei geeignetem Wetter einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die umliegende Bergwelt der Ammergauer Alpen, Estergebirge und Wetterstein mit Zugspitze.
