Finally, a glacial world awaits with a block of real ice, a Pasterze Glacier Time Wheel and exciting information about glacier ice. The absolute highlight is the 360-degree panoramic world with a diameter of around 16 m, in which the around 80 visitors get to see the beauty of the local nature and peaks in a whole new dimension with the very latest in HD projection technology. Thanks to elaborate time lapse footage with varying weather, light and shade conditions, plus an impressive soundtrack, you can view the Hohe Tauern from various perspectives:from the summit, from a glacier crevasse and hovering from the Rauris virgin forest. In the basement of the two-storey cylindrical building you'll find the national park exhibition "Making of national Park".
