From the park area, take a wide path in a northerly direction (left). There are wooden signposts on the left-hand side of the path - PR 13 La Pointe de la Table 1h 30 (this is far too long). The path soon narrows and is barely visible. Follow the yellow-blue markings and the ceramic plates with a red curved "i" set into the lava rock on the ground, always walking close to the shore. After 600m at a signpost "Retour Parking" you have to turn left onto a lava flow (attention: no signpost!!). We now follow this ribbed lava road upwards, paying attention to the ceramic signs at greater intervals (the belb-blue markings lead along the coast). Again and again we pass information boards (unfortunately only in French). Our route leads downhill again in a wide arc until we reach the coastal path again. We now follow this to the right (south) and can orientate ourselves again by the yellow-blue markings. Continue straight ahead close to the cliffs back to the starting point.
