Nokia Lumia 900- How to use Times Square for Marketing


It seems that for Nokia money plays virtually no role, when they have to heavily invest into marketing. Goal: to inspire the masses – even with extraordinary measures. Nokia has come up for the sales launch of the smartphone 900 Lumia with a very special event: They just locked the middle of Times Square in New York for a massive celebration. According to the organizers  30,000 people have taken part in the event.

But have a look at the video and see what the event was all about.  I would love to see the lauch of the iphone 5 in Cape Town. I am sure Apple is willing to invest a bit of money as well.
