Perfecting Squat Technique

As you know my goal is to do 180kg Squats in the near future. I did 120kg squats today and had no problems with it. Most importantly I really look for doing the squats with proper technique. If you do them wrong it can really cause some damage and believe me that hurts and will take a while to heal.

So today I post to videos for you where you can check the right technique for doing squats.
