Yesterday was my shoulder & triceps workout. I did a very intense and powerful training session. Food plan as usual. But read to the end I will give you some tips about good books.

1 x 12, 1 x10, 1 x 10, 1 x military press

4 x 10 frontraise with barbell

3 x 10 Seated Rear Lateral Raise

3 x Dumbbell Lying Rear Lateral Raise

4 x 10 Cable Pushdown (with rope attachment)

3 x Lever Triceps Dip

and then 4 x 30 Cable Kneeling Crunch
