S.W.E.A.T. 1000 (Specialized Weight Endurance and Aerobic Training) has exploded onto the fitness scene and had their official launch of the new Claremont studio. S.W.E.A.T. 1000 addicts and guests participated in a fun 60 minute full body workout with specialized trainers and DJ John Sherry who kept them going with great S.W.E.A.T. tunes.
The hour long workout was a combination of interval style training incorporating specialised treadmills which incline to 30 degrees as your basis, blended with core, functional and resistance floor work plus high intensity, creative and dynamic concepts, which is definitely a great way to start your morning!
