For early lovebirds, the breakfast menu offers a mouth-watering selection of orange and chocolate breakfast granola with plain yoghurt, sweet raspberry compote, fresh fruit and an omelette filled with crispy bacon, creamy camembert, caramelised red peppers and red onions, drizzled with basil pesto.
The regular a la carte menu will be on offer for lunch, more than enough reason to indulge in a selection of dishes with a glass of sparkling wine in the stylish restaurant or outside on the welcoming al fresco deck. If an evening of romance is on the cards, the four course dinner will make for a memorable occasion. Guests will be greeted with flutes of bubbly, followed by an amuse bouche of black mushroom, eggplant with sweet chilli and red pepper aioli.
Choose between a salmon and cashew salad or herb-marinated beef Carpaccio starters, then tuck into a juicy honey-glazed pork belly or fresh Kingklip and prawns.
Dessert will be pure decadence with lime baked cheese cake with a cookie crumble and mixed berry coulis, or orange and lavender crème brûlée, strawberry skewer and pistachio dust.
