Today I was in a bit of a hurry and had only max. 30 minutes for my workout, but was desperate to do my back workout. So I decided to do a Single Exercise Workout.
What does that mean? Single Exercise Bodybuilding Workout?
I had chosen to do Lat Pull Downs at a Machine. Nothing else, only this single exercise.
Here the program:
Warm up, low weight. 2 x 15 reps
Then, 1 x 15, 1 x 20, 1x 10, 1 x 10, 1 x 8, 1 x6 ( 1 x 15 Super Set), 1 x 15
Increasing weight with every set, except the last one.
So quite a lot of sets and reps, but only one exercise. And all done in 20 minutes.
Result: A good pump and a happy me.. and I am sure I will have a sore back tomorrow.
