CEO of Cape Town Tourism, Enver Duminy, says; “The prominence of so many Cape Town establishments is significant in that we are always striving to give our visitors the best possible experience and ultimate value for money. Cape Town Tourism would like to commend these establishments for their recognition and we feel this is an excellent indication of the overall level of service that Cape Town operators provide. The tourism industry in Cape Town should, however, not become complacent and continue to use customer surveys like this to benchmark the destination globally, and continue to improve and refine our visitor offering and services.”
